Plz help me with importing thunderbird to Simple Mail

Hello guys!
I'm in a transitioning phase from Opera to Firefox+Simple Mail. Now, I've successfully transferred everything to thunderbird and, as I had read that simple mail can import accounts and emails from thunderbird, I fired up ff and installed simple mail. For the life of me I can't understand how to get the emails from thunderbird. i.e. I right click on inbox, select Import, I go where my thunderbird mails are and try to import the inbox, but nothing happens. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance! :)

allocation size overflow
chrome://simplemail/content/main/folder.js

Submitted by TechnalXS on Mon, 09/16/2013 - 04:50It's weird, because i did a try with a 575 Mb file and it's work for me.(ok this take time but it's work).
I'm confused ....
Anyway, if you want to use Simplemail until i understood ( :) ), I suggest you to split your inbox or sent folder into several folder up to 100 or 200 Mb under Thunderbird by naming them inbox1, inbox2, etc and then import them into Simplemail (one by one).

Would you like me to upload my file somewhere to examine it (regardless of my problem) so that you may find possible bugs of the importer or that wouldn't be useful?
In any case, many many thx for everything you've done and for simple mail itself, I use it as my main mail client and it's very good! :)
