I don't know what happened to recent updates to FD, but since I updated FD, FD ignores any default home page set in FF, and will take over that page, and show the FD tab as the default home page every time FF is opened.

I have even tried changing the 'about:config" browser.newtab.url setting from about:blank to http://www.google.com and even to about:newtab, and even with any url, but FD ignores that setting and uses itself as the home page regardless, disabling FD in the addons, does show the default home page properly, but enable FD and it takes over the home page.

I even completely removed FF and it's settings, (to make sure of this I used Revo Uninstaller which also removes references to FF in win7 registery too)), then re-installed FF, then added the FD addon to FF, and yep, FD took over the FF default home page, so,,,, it looks like I'll be using speed dial instead.

This should really be fixed, because FD should only open when a new tab is created, not every time FF is started.
