FF 15.0 + FD 4.4.2 = do not open FD when create New tab.

For reproduce:
1. start FF 15.0
2. Click on "+" for open New tab
As result we get the blank page - without FD
How it can be fixed?

Please could you, as requested before, disable all your extensions but Fast Dial.
And test
enable tab mix plus only
and test
This would be most helpul
then enable one extension at a time
and test

Your:
1. FF15 without any plugins.
2. Install TMP plugin on FF15 (with default settings!)
3. Install FD plugin on FF15 (with set "Show FD on New Tab = yes)
4. Click on "+" for create new tab -> get the blank page without FD.
Followed your moves exactly
Removed Fast Dial and TabMixPlus
Installed TMP - Restart - Verified Default Settings
Installed FD - Restart - Verified about:blank setting
Click + everything works fine
So cannot reproduce

First of all, let me just say that I love this add-on. I had difficulty in getting Speed Dial to display on a new tab after Firefox updates to a new version. Downloading the new version of Speed Dial didn't help. Changing the newtab setting in about:config didn't help. Deleting my profile worked but I don't want to do that again. Finally I disabled every addon except for Speed Dial and it worked. So I started enabling the addons three at a time until I found the conflicting addon.
It turns out that Flash Video Downloader - Youtube Downloader 3.6.8 is the culprit ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flash-video-downloader-yo...). With that addon enabled, Speed Dial does nothing. My new tab windows are blank. Disabling that addon allows Speed Dial to function perfectly.

Flash Video Downloader - Youtube Downloader 3.6.8 conflicts with Speed Dial (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/speed-dial/). It prevents Speed Dial from displaying properly in a new tab. The problem has existed for several updates now. Please make this addon compatible with Speed Dial.

Damn! You right! Then I disable that plugin always work fine with settings as for FF 14!

We can do further research.
But both Ef and I with TMP and Fast Dial, well everything worked/works fine.
So this does point at FVDYD as the cause of this problem
The feedback from Speed dial user Howard Roark supports this thesis.

I am not sure I understand.
But 2 sounds good
It is possible that a modified Version of FVDYD will appear in the future for you to test.
But yes best for now to definitely avoid.
