FF 15.0 + FD 4.4.2 = do not open FD when create New tab.

For reproduce:
1. start FF 15.0
2. Click on "+" for open New tab
As result we get the blank page - without FD
How it can be fixed?

I have had more time
Now I'm set for new tab in TMP: First position in list on russian its named: "Страница новой вкладки" - may be "Page new tab" on english and after that I set
"Адрес" (on eng "Address" or URL) to equal : chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html
Whith that setting always works fine.
Страница новой вкладки is I think in English New Tab Page
I think maybe the simplest would be
1. Страница новой вкладки in the first field as you had before
And in the URL field/"Адрес" just :
about:blank
This should work and matches Fast Dial 4.2.2 settings
Please let us know if this works and if the settings are retained.
In theory at least if you simply load Fast Dial 4.2.2 from AMO into Firefox you should get these settings in TMP set up for you automatically
Please let us know how you get on....
I can give you another option if this does not work for some reason

1. No extensions installed. Installed TMP 0.4.0.3. New tab page was Firefox's new tab page. TMP settings screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/nWOFZ.png
2. Installed Fast 4.2.2 Restarted Firefox. New tab page is Fast Dial. Perfect. No problems. TMP settings screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/4G1s5.png
Conclusion: Settings work seamlessly between Fast Dial and TMP. When installing Fast Dial, TMP settings just change about:blank as the new tab page.
Problem:

When i select again "about:blank" for new tab in TMP - I'm get problem back 100%.
That is strange because the settings he mentioned should work and did work in my test.

Please close ALL your other extensions except TabMixPlus and Fast Dial and check again.
Your fault cannot be reproduced in Firefox 15

You might remember that with Fast Dial 4.2.1 that I had Fast Dial automatically set in about:config to set the new tab page to chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html. The only problem with that setting was that then the preference "Show Fast Dial in blank new tabs" did not work. You could not have Fast Dial not show in the new tab. So obviously we wanted the user to still have a choice. That's why we set the settings to be changed to about:blank instead.

Few minutes before I'm install the DEV version of TMP: Tab Mix Plus - Version 0.4.0.4pre.120724a Installed
Set back New Tab -> Open in new tab -> about:blank
And get back problem again.
With this setting when I click on "+" for create new tab in FF - as result I get really empty page without FD menu with my favorit sites :(
If it need - I can make not a big screencast with that test as feedback.

By any chance is Show Fast Dial in blank New Tabs unchecked?
Also, a screenshot of the exact settings of TMP when Fast Dial did not work would be helpful. Thank you
