Logo for National University

I was wondering if anyone could make a logo for me for National University.
The logo is in the upper left hand corner of the website. www.nu.edu
I'd like for the logo to be transparent and glossy.

The logo in the third link (http://www.feathermerchant.com/?category=organizations%3Eeducation&id=798) looks really good, just need the effects added.
