Can i sync Firefox Fast Dial bookmarks? With "Fast Dial" My bookmarks? Because of Fast dial web page my account "my bookmarks" are now empty.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you can backup and import bookmarks through the 'Organise Bookmarks' window (Ctrl+Shift+B)

I have successfully exported my Bookmarks into a HTML file format and then re-imported them to a new computer.
The Fast Dial folder were included in that backup. But after the import process you must restart Firefox in order to see the FASTDIAL thumbnails, that's it.
This process is very handy when you are setting a new computer, no lost bookmarks (fast dials) at all.
