Simple mail - Development still active?

I want to suggest four little features, but wanna ask in the first place, whether the development is still active at all.
Because I wrote two mails to the developer already, but sadly never got a response...
OK, now here are my suggestions:
1. Ability to subscribe additional folders of a mail account, because many services have spam folders for example, which are not checked by Simple Mail.
2. An option to view mails only in plain text
3. Mark mails as read by just clicking them
4. An option, that Simple Mail doesn't select the topmost mail, if you call it up.

At the moment to my knowledge there is no developement of either Fast Dial or Simple Mail.
But thanks for the suggestions.
They wiill be on file here in userlogos should developement resume.

It's such a great add-on and now I have to fear, that there will be no support and updates for future versions of Firefox anymore.
