In Fast Dial 2.xx, you can access other folders in the Bookmarks Folder (you are not limited to only the "Fast Dial" folder.
So I made some logos cause I don't like to see thumbnails (that's the reason why this site is here!).
All logos with and without reflection.
1&2 Bookmarks Menu
3&4 Bookmarks Toolbar
5&6 Recently Bookmarked
7&8 Unsorted Bookmarks
I didn't do the logos with white glow as they look good on both dark and light backgrounds.
The Fireworks PNG is here if you want to edit the text without losing the effects.
The "favorites star" is from veryicon.com and is distributed under a free for non-commercial use license.

How do I make the actual folders (not ones w/ same name) be linked to via my FD?
Good question.
I sort of wondered the same
I do not know if this sheds any light on the question.
Please see here
My impression is that these would be set up as URLs in Fast Dial and not as folders, but once opened would function like a folder
many thanks
