Regarding your request for a white background, most logos are made here with a transparent background, simply because the background to the individual Logo once installed in Fast Dial can be altered by the user to any colour he or she wishes.

The logo you submitted seems to be an old one.
This one is a re-creation of what can be seen on the site itself.
