So far I cannot reproduce your problem.
But this does not mean you were incorrect.
Could have been caused by some setting or other

The trouble is I am not familiar with this software.

But if disabling it solved your problem then there has to be a reason for that.

Can you use CoolPreviews and FD,and The FD is working?

So far yes.
I can use Coolpreviews, (like fast dial preview in properties and more), and it seems to work OK.

The fast dial background seems unaffected (so far) for me.
so for the moment I cannot reproduce.

But if your background went missing and has now come back there has to be a reason for this...

I just wonder if it might be worth clearing your cache in Firefox, in case something has got scrambled..

en..I setup Coolpreviews again.
And FD is work!
