What is the license of these logos ?
Is it possible to use it in a commercial use?

Depends on what you mean.

Most of the original logos are released for public use, and these are simply edited by the logo creators on this site, so they are still the same logo and therefore under the same license.

Where can I find the the license of the logos?

I meant like in pictures license - If I want to use them for free (commercial use) there are some that are free and others not.
