Logo for Christian Website (done)

The website is www.YouVersion.com (Hyperlink didn't work, sorry) and I'm trying to get the logo on the top banner of the website. I tried myself, but couldn't get the transparency down correctly and gave up. All I'd like is to have is the logo from the website, transparent, and reflecting if possible. Oh, and yes, I am a Christian (before you ask...) Thanks much!
