Right now I'm still using the 2.11 version of Fast Dial.
Why?

Because in last versions the opening of links is controlled by one global command.

In 2.11 I can set settings for each cell independently - because I want to open links in new tab, but folders in exisiting tab.
This type of navigation is much easier. and I don't understand, guys, why did you disabled this posibility?

Are you planning to return this function back?
Or maybe just make in global Properties separate command for links and separate command for folders?
