Logo request

I was wondering if someone could help me make a logo for http://legionofbrothers.freeforums.org/ I have already made one but its quite rough as i am un-experienced.

Basicly it just needs to be 800x93 and

Color set: mainly red and black -to match the forums.
Title: Legion of Brothers
Needs to have:Legio Patria Nostra.
If ya feel more creative include: references to Americas army game. Have the lob logo [LoB].
