two logo requests

The first logo I'm looking for is a logo for my credit union.

Just the left side of that without and edges looking so crappy and a reflection.

The second is for NCG cinemas.

Just the part that says NCG Cinemas and with a reflection.

I tried making these and failed miserably so I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me out if you get a chance. Thanks!
