To fit it fully on your screen, you need to have a bigger version.
For instance widescreen laptops are generally 1280x800 (or there are 1920x1200 laptops, but those are uber-def.)
This picture is only 1024x425, meaning that it is kinda too small, so you need to find a higher resolution. I recommend at least 1024x768.
