Submitted by soundofemotion on Sun, 07/06/2008 - 15:35.You should also be able to save as a jpeg with a lower compression to prevent jags from appearing. Play with your compression settings to get the best quality for 200k.

Might be different story if its stored on a website(if you can do that with backgrounds), or with a slow computer...I can shrink it, but to get rid of the artifacts entirely, the limit will have to be raised...which isnt a bad idea since a lot of bg images will originally be over the current limit anyways.
