Thanks for the Basic Instructions logo! It looks awesome =D

This a support site for the Mozilla Firefox addon "Fast Dial".

This addon basically provides visual bookmarks to websites. The requests for logos are ones for images using the logo of the site: in the correct proportions, cut out from a bitmap and/or with a number of possible effects.

So the OP is not asking for someone to redesign your sites logo, just for it to be manipulated in such a way as previously mentioned.

I couldn't tell you what fonts I used for the logo, because I don't remember myself--it was on an old computer which crapped out (see here), so I don't have access to the list of fonts I used. They shouldn't be hard to imitate, though; a script font, a gothic font, a pixelated font...

The page is dynamically generated with php, so it can choose a different banner image every time the page is loaded. But they're all similar enough that you could just use one.
