Logo sizing in 2.22b

Is there any way to make the page logos an exact size? In previous versions, I was able to force the images to display at 210x210 by making them fixed and forcing the vertical size to be 210. It allowed the icons I created specifically for that size to be sharp and crisp...but with 2.22b, I cant seem to get the same sizing of my logos.
Can anyone provide some insight to accomplishing this, or has FD changed and I need to redo my logos?

telega and I have spoke through email, and he thinks the problem is involving how the image size is calculated with/without the margins, etc... He let me know it might take some time, which is completely understandable.

Have you I wondered tried loading a Logo with Margins set to 0, and then set the margins afterwards, to see if there is any improvement in image quality ?
Still works for me :o

Some of them are original, others are taken and sized-up/cleaned-up from the Tango project (found here: http://tango.freedesktop.org)
