When adding a site to FD that is included in IE Tab's site filter to open in an IE rendered tab, FD adds the site to the cell fine, but the cell image is blank. If you try to use a custom image, FD hangs during the refresh and never finishes adding the image.

It appears you can work around this by adding a non-IE Tab site to a different cell with the custom image you want, then copy the xx-zoom.png and xx.png from that cell over the image files from the cell with IE Tab site.

I'm running FD 2.1 and IE Tab 1.5.20080803.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a site to IE Tab site filter
2. In Fast Dial tab, select an empty cell and add the same site as in 1.
3. Site is added to cell but cell image is blank.
4. Select properties for that cell and add a custom image.
5. FD enters cell refresh and never finishes.
