like my fastdial glass background, but no transparency on the logo, darker gradient black background.

real much transparency on the fastdial logo, so it won't disturb the site-logos.
the resolution is 1280x1024 standard size.
if there's any need for different resolutions (widescreen) or less transparency - let me know. .-)
