Lost all bookmarks from fast dial page with every of last two updates.

It looks like firefox yelds there is a new version of fast dial addon at start, I click install or rather include and ... welcom to cleared fast dial page :) All I can see are empty frames for thumbnails.
Not sure if it's the same issue like the others had. (My firefox bookmarks are fine, just fastdial ones are gone.)
Firefox sametimes have problems with restoring my tabs - dunno if it's fast dial related.

My problem is similar. A few days ago I lost all my Fast Dial icons from my home PC. It would be very hard to restore everything, so I decided to do simpler > just put my notebook settings..... but how?
Could you pls advice me a method:
- to simply restore my previous bookmarks and logos, or
- to clone my notebook bookmarks and logos on my home PC, or
- to have internet based settings for the FD and see the same on my computers all over the world :-)
