"Apply to All Folders" button missing

On my system (windows XP SP3) I am missing the "Apply to All Folders" button that is supposed to be at the bottom of the Preferences window. As I am writing this I realized this might be a conflict with the theme I'm using (NASA Night Launch) and will test with the default and report back if it is a conflict.

Submitted by chiaroscuro on Mon, 03/02/2009 - 17:58I think you will find that in this Version settings are Global and cannot be set per folder.
So there will be no "apply to all folders" option.
In next version there will be the option to have either Gobal or not Global settings
