How to set up DNS in co.cc
Domain Settings > Manage domain > Select a domain > Click "setup" button > Manage DNS > Enter your host provider's NAME SERVER

After configuring NAME SERVER in co.cc, you should addon your co.cc domain at the host provider's side and if necessary configure zone records as well. It might take up to 48 hours for name server changes to take effect and fully propagate through the Internet.

I think you have set up URL masking instead of DNS forwarding that's why a blogger.com page is appearing
