I'm working on a new major version of Simple Mail.

This version will include :

- IMAP on all directories
- One account - One folder :

test@test.com
- Inbox
- Sent
- Draft
- Trash
test2@test.com
- Inbox
- Sent
- Draft
- Trash

For this point i need to know if you prefer a trash by account or just one trash for all account.
