Mmmm... Not too sure what you mean exactly. Please clarify.
Surely at the moment all your cells are thumbnails of the webpages ?
Do you mean open all your cells in tabs ?
What may interest you is that if one has a folder one can open all the cells in tabs in one gesture.
Right click on the cell, hit "open all" and all the cells will open in tabs.

You should have it in Fast Dial 2.22b
What Version are you running ?
Will only work on a Folder cell.

Are you sure that you are right clicking on a Folder cell ? Won't' appear on a non-folder cell.
If you can please make screenshot and then post

That is not a Folder/Group cell
To add a Folder/Group Cell
Click on Add in your original Green picture and select Folder not Bookmark
A bookmark cell has only one URL so you could not "open all"
A Folder/Group cell can contain many URL cells. These are all opened in Tabs when you click on "open all"
